Not sure why how many players an owner votes for is an issue. So many don't bother to vote at all, so if an owner voted it's a plus.

3000 hits or 300 wins in HBD are very tough to achieve and are definite locks for me.

Either of 3,000 hits, 500 homeruns, 300 wins, or 3000 strikeouts should get someone into the HOF.
